I would like to confirm phase compensation with TPS 62320, but there is no calculation tool in WEBENCH.
Is it possible to provide me with those who have TPS 62320 calculation tools?

Hi,

The TPS62320 is a fairly old device. Why not using a new, more efficient converter?
In general all the converters of this family are internally compensated.

If you don't need the sync feature you may have a look on the newer TPS62230 family.
