LM5109 driver output stage

What does the LM5109A/B output stage look like? Is it a bipolar or MOS driver? What type of transistors are used for the pull up and pull down? I could not find this in the datasheet.

Hi Toby,

This is a CMOS driver. The sourcing/pull-up is done using a PMOS and the sinking/pull-down is done using NMOS.
