    Hi Kaji,

    TI has a model library tool which is available at www.ti.com --> "Tools & Software" --> "SPICE Models Libraries" --> "Model Library Listing and Download Selector".

    Here is a direct link which may work:

    We do not have a SPICE model available for the TPS2115A-Q1, but we do have an IBIS model for the catalog (non automotive version) of the part which can be found using this tool or otherwise on the catalog product page --> Tools & Software folder here:
