Hello,


I'like to know some fundamental definitions about charging profile of BQ24160A at datasheet page 14.


1. What is Vsys & Vbatshort voltage, and how can I calculate these?


2. At datasheet Figure 10, there are red, blue, black lines. how can I read this graph?


3. Which one is related with the cut off voltage of battery?

    Hi TS,

    Regarding 1, VSYSREG and VBATSHRT are explained on d/s page 7 in the electrical spec table.
    Regarding 2, black line is charge current, read line is V(SYS) and blue line is V(BAT).
    Regarding 3, the blue line is V(BAT) with maximum voltage = VBATREG per the I2C register memory location 03.
