Hi team,

Could you please tell me the condition for tr(max)=20ns & tf(max)=20ns in the datasheet "8.2.1.2.11 Power Dissipation"?

Did you use EVM board to get this data? What is Vin, Vout, Iout?

Hi Tak,

The tr(max)=20ns & tf(max)=20ns are based on the corner simulations for the power FETs. We use these in the formula as the worst case numbers for switching loss calculation.

I've calculated the power dissipation for TPS65320C-Q1 based on switching loss and on-resistance of internal FET, and just would like to know where the tr & tf come from.
