Hi team,
My customer is designing the power supply circuit for AMOLED panel and want to use N-MOSFET as the load switch for a negative supply voltage (ELVSS). application diagram as below.
ELVDD is 4.6V, ELVSS is -3.0V, VCI is 3.3V, VDD is 1.8V, VGL is -6.0V.
we want to use a GPIO with VCI or VDD as high voltage and VGL as low voltage to control the gate of MOSFET. would you please suggest if this approach is OK? will the MOSFET be off when VGS is below 0 volt? do you have any other suggestion on this application? thanks.
