Hi guys,
One of our customers is evaluating TPS562208(4.5-V to 17-V Input,
2-A Synchronous Step-Down Voltage Regulator in 6-Pin SOT-23) for their products.
When they powered up TPS562208 with shorting between SW and GND terminal by soldering as a short test,
the device was broken. Is there any way to avoid the device breaking down if you have it?
Your reply would be appreciated.
Thank you and best regards,
Kazuya Nakai.
