Hi all,

One of my customer is considering using the TPS54260EVM to create a constant current source for some basic lab testings. Could this application work as a simple hack?

Typically you would just connect the sense resistor between the bottom of the load and GND. Tie the load / sense resistor junction node directly to FB. Size the resistor so Iout * Rsense = 0.8 V. Only downside is that for full 2 A current you are dissipating 1.6 W in the resistor. That is the easiest method. You could also do some active sense approach as well.
