LM5005: About input capacitor value.

Hi team,

I uses the webench of LM5005 to refer the recommended circuit.
The tool showed me the following ciecuit.
Simulation parameter
Vin=12V to 48V
Iout=5V
Iout=2A(max)

The tool showed Cin=3.3uF.

However, in the data sheet, the recommended capacitor is listed as two 2.2uF.

I have a request.
Could you reflect the data sheet information in webench?

    Hello Sho,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you tried the following steps that you may take to replicate the Cin BOM as on the EVM -

    Access BOM tab on the top ribbon of your design page

    Select Alternate part for Cin

    Sort by Quantity and scroll down to Qty=2 area. You will see several recommendations for two 2.2uF caps. 

    Please feel free to try this if you haven't done so and let us know if you still see any issues.
