My customer is using the TPS60500 to power an MPU core; 5Vin to 1Vo. They are seeing a rise time of 50uS with no load; datasheet shows a typical of 80uS.
The flying caps are 1uF and Co=10uF.
1. Does the rise time vary with output voltage, especially at 1V?
2. What is the expected range of rise time? Is 50uS an expected value for 5Vin and 1Vo at no load?
