Customers are considering using TPS40056.
They have questions about TPS40056's EA_REF pin.
In the data sheet, the value of Input offset voltage of ERROR AMPLIFIER is described.
However, its temperature characteristics are not described.
Please tell me the temperature characteristics.

Hi Masami,

The temperature range for SPEC table is -40c to 85c.
The input offset voltage of EA meets the spec across this temperature range.

Masami-san,

I checked the test data, below are the EA input offset votlage (average value) Vs. Temperature.

-40c: 0.24mV

0c: 0.289mV

25c: 0.332mv

85c: 0.437mV
