TPS22907: Switching characteristics of TPS22907

I'd like to check whether it[tps22907] has the same test condition result at Rload = 10 or 500 ohm?

1. There is a plot in the datasheet, FIgure 16, with the following test conditions
   
   • Vin = 1.1V
   • Cin = 1uF
   • Cload = .1uF
   • Rload = 11Ohms (This is the closest test to 10 ohm)
   • Tambient = 25C
2. Based on this plot, the Turn On time for an 11Ohm load is approximately 150us

• See Figure 22 for how Turn On time is determined

Thanks again for your reply, from my customer's application which need the Turn-on time less than 50us, may I ask is there any relative load switch spec could comply this requirement?　

I'm looking into this now, Can you clarify some of the other requirements to narrow down viable parts?

Do you need any special features such as: Reverse Curent Protection, Quick Output Discharge, or On-Pin Hysteresis

There are a couple of options for a <50us turn on time.

- ~25us turn on time at 1.4V

- 4.5us turn on time at 1.5V

Please note that these parts have slightly different operating values than the TPS22907 (eg: Input Voltage).
