Hi,

I measured the shutdown current of two LMR23625"CF"s on the LMR23625CEVM.

(I replaced the only ICs.)

The result was around 20uA on these two samples.

Probably, The measuring way is correct because I confirmed it with my colleague.

Is the result value valid?

The shut down current for the IC should be in the range of 2 to 4 uA. That is for the IC alone. If you are measuring it on the EVM, there are other components present such as resistor divider for EN, input capacitors, etc. They may draw additional current. 20 uA seems reasonable to me.
