I have question about TPS23751 PMP11254 schematic.

May I know R36 improve current ramp in schematic, right? I can remove it?

Hi Wen,

The feedforward resistor is recommended for this design and should not be removed. It allows for a consistent current limit with VIN. The below article discusses the flyback and also the feedforward resistor in more detail.
