Hi Sir,

Currently we reference Intel design document number 563622. In schematic use TPS62134B for 0.85V power rail.

May I know we can use TPS62134D design for 0.85 power rail? Why?

Once we got the requirement of 0.85V from Intel, we did the spin and released TPS62134D. Probably, Intel design document number 563622 was released before TPS62134D's release, and it was not updated late.

Anyway, you can use TPS62134D for your design.
