I have questions about LM5110.

Question 1.

  - In datasheet graph, frequency is ~1000kHz.

     (For example, Figure.3 and Figure 14.)

    Can we use this IC  at 2000kHz?

Question 2.

  - If we can use this IC at 2000kHz, how will Figure 7 and Figure 8 change?

Question 3.

  - Is there any important point when we can use this Ic at 2000kHz?

    Thank you for your interest in TI gate drivers.

    1. "Can we use this IC at 2000kHz? "
    - The device should function at 2MHz but keep in mind that TI did not characterize the LM5110 at 2MHz.
    - Please consider the increased power dissipation due to the increased switching frequency. Be sure to maintain the junction temperature (T_J) below the maximum operating temperature to ensure reliability.

    2. "If we can use this IC at 2000kHz, how will Figure 7 and Figure 8 change?"
    - Figure 7 and figure 8 should not be affected by increased switching frequency.

    3. Is there any important point when we can use this Ic at 2000kHz
    -The part was not characterized at 2MHz therefore we suggest the customer to experiment the LM5110 under these conditions.
