Could you help us?

They are considering to set any maximum switching frequency. They are thinking it can be setted by equation (21). Is their understanding of this correct?

    Hi Tateo,

    Thanks for reaching us on E2E, and yes your statement is correct. You can set the target maximum switching frequency at full load based on the transformer design.

    Set the desired maximum switching frequency fsw(max) and use fsw(max) in Equation 21 and 25 to select the X'FMR turns ratio and primary inductance in order to achieve the desired maximum switching frequency.

    one other note: for good practice you should choose to set the max frequency in the upper FM band. ideally the max frequency possible for best performance.
