Hi,

In my application, a 3A output current was required in battery boost mode, is there any way that I can achive it with BQ24195 chip?

    Hello,

    You may be able to achieve this with two bq24195 chips in parallel, basically load sharing. But with a single chip, you cannot.

    You may also want to look at the bq25895 which has up to 3.1A OTG current limit.

    Hello Joel,

    Thanks for your reply, it's really helps. bq25895 meets my requirements at all. one last question, compare with bq24195, bq25895 all ways need a external boost chip right? (in case for 5V/3A output)
