We only have the P-spice model available for UCC2870x family devices right now, you could download it via: http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/slum455.

Let me confirm with the designer of UCC28700 to see if we have ever built the TINA model, I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Tateo,

After checking with the designer I am sorry to inform you that we do not have the TINA model available for UCC28700.

I understand it is important for the customer to understand the behaviours of the device before making their own board. Instead of simulating it, I would recommend you to provide the customer the UCC28700-EVM for actual bench test to have better uderstanding of the device.

Or you could provide us the spec. requirement for you customer's design, we will help you to find the closest reference design for you.
