Please verify that the OTP on the EVM is not pre-programmed. SmartFlash will fail if OTP isn't empty.

Hi Dominik ,how to verify the OTP on the EVM is not-programmed? Before programming the OTP, I read the datamemory parameter by BQstudio ,that all the parameters are zero. if that can verify the OTP on the EVM is not pre-programmed? I have already programmed bq27411 about 70 pcs. They all give the failure screen as above. So i want to know if the OTFS file is ok. Or my bqstudio is ok. thanks.

Thanks for your reply.
Before program we used BQSTUDIO to read the parameters, all the parameters are 0, then used smartflash to program.
How to check the EVM is pre-programmed or not.
