Hi team,

Below is my schematic.

My question is LM8365 reset out low level 0.2V - 0.5V have risk connot shunt down U33 LDO? also you can recommend or advise suitable solution. thanks.

    Wen,

    No need to worry. The VOL spec that describes "0.25V typical 0.5V max" is at the sink current of 1mA. That describes the worst case output voltage at "low" condition for that specific current. From your schematic, 3.3V / 10kohm = 0.33mA. Since this is much lower current, the output should be pulled-down closer to 0V via the internal FET in the LM8365 device. Have you verified operation in your circuit?
