Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5165
Hello,
Considering to use LM5165-Q1 for Automotive Thermcon project.
To use this part, it can meet below Load Dump test sepc.
Vin(max) 65~100V --> Thermcon Operating voltage & Current : 12V(8.5~16.5V(@ Max 50mA)), 24V(17.5~32.5V(@ Max 25mA))
- Load dump --> 12V : 87V(200ms), 24V : 174V(200ms)
Can LM5165-Q1 meet above Load Dump spec?
If not, could you recommend suitable part?
