Since we test the result of Iq is bigger than the data(45uA) of datasheet.

    What's Iq you test? The Iq in the Datasheet is in no-switching(EN =5 V, VFB = 1 V). So if you test it in 0A, the MOS are still switching, the Iq will be increased

    Hi Luck,

    For the schematic, the output cap is too big and the loop response could be very slow. Usually, for 5V output, two 22uf is good enough.

    For the iq, 45uA is the typical value. Could we know how did you test the iq? What you could do on bench is to pull FB pin to 1V and EN to 5V and check the input current consumed.
