TPS23754: TPS23754 Application Question

Hi Team,

Since we concern thermal performance of TPS23754 application 12V / 2.1A @Ta 70 degree.

I looking for PMP4909, but I thing thermal margin for me. So I plan use totem pole to improve NFET switching loss.

1. May I know VB or VC of TPS23754 which PIN can supply for discrete totem pole?

2. Could you help provide PCB file? (not Gerber file)

    Hi John,

    I would be worried about shoot through if trying to turn on the primary FET too quickly. Typically you want  a slower turn on and quick turn off.

    I would recommend ordering a TPS23754EVM-383 (12V) and modifying it with a totem pole gate drive using VC (not VB) to verify your design.
