Q1：In Figure 8.2.3 in the data sheet there is a phase compensation circuit, is this circuit absolutely necessary?

Q2：Is it possible to use the circuit as shown in Figure 8.2.2 without the phase compensation circuit?

※For example (to the extent I can think), use ceramic capacitor in series with the resistance equivalent to the ESR of the electric field capacitor.
