CSD17484F4: How to drive femtofet from logic output.

Part Number: CSD17484F4
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1G02

Hello,

I have a low power logic output such as part SN74AUP2G02, and I would like to use its signal to drive a femtofet such as part CSD17484F4. Available Vcc for driving the fet will vary between 1.1V and 3.3V. It appears that when driving the femtofet, the SN74AUP2G02 logic output by itself is too slow to achieve the speeds I need. The propagation delay from logic input to mosfet gate Vth should be less than about 200ns. Question:

1.) Is there a way to scale up the power of the logic device's output so that its signal can be indirectly used to drive the fet? Some sort of buffer perhaps? It is a requirement that all devices have a minimum startup time upon initial Vcc power up. Ideally less than 300ns. This immediately disqualifies many devices.

Thank you.
