Hi Nibin,

It seems the datasheet recommendation were followed. The schematic looks good to me.
What is the input voltage range and the load of the application? Is it battery powered?

please feel free to send your layout as well for reviewing, this is a more critical part of the design.

What is the end application ?

Hello,

We are providing the main power (3.3V) as well as battery power (3.7V typical).
So the input voltage range comes out to be 4.2V to 3V (battery out).
The load is 3.3V level.

We will send the layout file after completing.
The end application is an IOT device.

Hi Nibin,
This device looks to be the right choice for the application. What I meant by "load " is the output current.. what is the range of the output current?
If you do not wish to share more information of the application in a public forum, please use private messaging, It would be interesting for me to understand what is the TPS63031 powering.

With what I can see on the pictures I think basically the layout looks ok. I can see outlines of polygons in other parts of your layout, but not in the routing around the TPS63031. I recommend to use polygons for the main power connections to get the lowest impedance possible.
