There are two kinds of PSE board TPS23861 and the other brand BCM59111, when customer used TPS23861 connect BCM59111 through cable and just supply power for TPS23861, it turns out that BM59111 can work normally with PD device. How did this happen? Thanks.

Would you please give a description with detail? Like a photo or a diagram of the test set up.
How does the TPS23861EVM connect with BCM59111? Which port to which port?
Power supply only for TPS23861 and no power supply for BCM59111?
Has PD been inserted into the BCM59111 port before the connection between 59111 and 23861?
Would you please provide us the waveform of port of TPS23861EVM?
