TPS56C215: TPS56C215 / Actual waveform of MODE pin at startup

Hi,

Now I evaluate TPS56C215 EVM and checked MODE pin voltage at startup then the voltage is not step waveform like Figure 27 in datasheet. I can see just divided voltage of VREG5 actually. So can you explain what this MODE pin startup waveform mean?
