LM53603: Internal Parameters for Electrical Simulation

My customer is very interested in the LM53603. They would like to simulate the device behavior by the simulation tool of the PLECS. Thus here are some questions.

1. What's the VF value on the body diode of low side MOSFET at 55degree or 125degree Junction Temp?

2. What's the dead time between the high side and low side MOSFET?

3. What're the parameters of the Eon and Eoff? It's for the switching losses simulation.

P = (E_on + E_off) * f_s

4. Is the LM53603 coming with the souring and sinking behavior? or just Souring?

Application: Servo Motor

I've contacted the designer for answers to 1, 2, and 3.

4. LM53603 has current sinking behavior of up to 1.5A in FPWM mode (see INEG in EC table).

I'll get back to you with answers to 1-3.

Sorry for the delay. I have:

1. VF = 0.7V at 27C with -2mV/degC slope. VF = 0.644 at 55C and VF=0.504 at 125C.
2. LH dead time @ room temp is 4.7ns. HL dead time at room temp = 4.8ns for typical conditions.
3. Still getting this.

3. Qg loss is around 60mW for our tests at 13.5VIN, 5VOUT, 0.5-3.5AOUT at 2.1MHz. I can share more info through email if necessary.
