Hi,

Does the current limit operate at start-up?

Inrush current is flowing maximum 10A on my customer's circuit.

I'm confirming a detail of the condition now.

    Hello,

    If an overload condition is present, the device will attempt to under go soft-start (500us time period), and the device will be in current limit operation.

    Equation 5 in the datasheet specifies how to calculate the maximum load current possible. When the device is operating in current limit, the duty cycle of the device will fold-back for current limit protection.

    Also, it is worth noting that the LM22670 current limit will not operate if the RT sync function is being used.
