We got a question from the customer about TPS2H000-Q1.
Could you help us?

They want to estimate the current limit accuracy. Therefore they need the variation of Vcs(th). Could you provide it?

And let me confirm if I got it. Should they consider the following variation for estimating the current limit accuracy?

K(CL): refer to EC table (dK(CL)/K(CL))
Rlim: using resistor accuracy
Vcs(th): asking now

Hello,

The char data for Vcs(th) at all 3 temperature is attached.

That is right the dK(cL)/K(CL) tolerances gives the current limit accuracy.

Hi, Thank you for your quick reply. I checked your attached file. But I couldn't find the data Vcs(th)=0.8V(typ). Could you check again?

Sorry, I thought you are looking for the Vcs(H) during fault mode. The Vcs(th) of 0.8V typical is not production tested. The variation of this parameter is included in the current-sense ratio limits.

Sorry for the typo! I meant VcL(th) = 0.8V typical. The test is done as following:
- Output sourcing 200mA
- Rcl is know value
- Measure the CL pin current I(cL) = VcL/RcL
- Calculate KcL = 200mA/I(cL)
The VcL variation is in the equation and the 15% tolerance covers both KcL and VcL variation.
The current limit has 15% tolerance same as current ratio KcL and the R(cL) tolerance of 1% can be added.
