Hi Sir,

our customer want to use LED Cree XPL (800lm),

But, we can’t found out the best solution for flashlight application.

Do you have any suggest for this Spec?

Hello Hugo,

The only device I'm aware of that could accomplish this is the LM3410 in SEPIC configuration since the input can be higher or lower than the output voltage. It may be running very near the minimum current limit at 3V input so there is a possibility of some light reduction at minimum Vin.
