Have you looked at the UCC21520? If you can give us a little more detail about how this is being used, we can help recommend a replacement.

Hi Shai,

Take a look at UCC21520. You could do something like this to add the additional functionality.

The UCC21520 has 4A/6A gate drive capability, so you don't need all the external buffers, etc as the ADUM needs.
