TPS53625: TPS53625 + CSD95379 test issue

Hi Patrick,

Assuming you've got the phase node in your scope shots, it looks like the boot resistor or snubber may be the problem. Can you please share that portion of the schematic with me?

Hey Patrick,

Neither the boot resistor nor snubber look excessively large at first glance but with driving the phase node it's hard to tell without being in the lab with you. Can you take a scope shot of phase with the boot resistor at 0Ω and no snubber please?

If the rising edge of phase looks nice and sharp then the issue is due to one of those areas and we can go from there. Does this problem happen at all output voltages and load currents or is there a combination of conditions that don't show this problem?

                    We change  boot resistor at 0Ω and no snubber. The waveform are below.  While loading current is larger, the phenomenon will be more obvious. Has any comments to fix it? Thank you.
