Part Number: TL720M05-Q1

Hello to all,

I need help interpreting a complete partnumber of a TL720M05-Q1.

What ist the meaning of a "Q" or "GQ" or "R" or whatever between TL720M05 ???? Case info ??? Q1.

Hi Wolfgang,

In the quality & packaging tab there is a link talking about the device and the materials it is comprised of. I have provided the links below for the Q and GQ for KVU package. You can see on these documents that they have a different mold compound and different bond wire, so they have different part numbers on the web.
