Vin=6V - 8.4V, Vout=-70V/150mA.
Can I use this device with these specifications?

Hi,

I dont think you can use this device because the max input across the IC will be 8.4V + 70V which will violate abs max of the part

Is there the device which is usable in Inverting Buck-Boost of Buck converter?

Hi,

At most i think the part that has internal switch have 75V abs max.
