Hi,

I use TPS548D22 to design a DC/DC: input is 12V, output is 0.6V, current is 40A. Because the lead time of TPS548D22 is 25W please help to check whether TPS548D21 can replace TPS548D22 P2P?

The difference between TPS54*D21 and TPS548D22 is pin 37 function.For TPS548D21, pin 37 is REFIN_TRK for AVS control. TPS548D22 pin 37 is "do not connect".

The REFIN_TRK functionality is controlled by the MODE93) and MODE92) pin strap pits. Set MODE(3) = 0 and MODE(2) = 0 to regulate to the internal reference and to use the internal soft start ramp. Then you can leave pin 37 open. See the datasheet section 7.5.3 for details:
