Web bench suggests a LM5036 In its design ( for an isolated DC/DC converter ) but this part doesnt exisit.

  In the Webench design you included in your inquiry, I see four main supplies and two LDOs.

These are:

TPS62143

TPS54427 which feeds LP5907

TPS62130 which feeds LP38841

TPS56720.

No LM5036 shown in any of these designs.  Would you post the Webench schematic that shows the LM5036 please?

Not sure what your looking at because none of those parts are in this design.  Posted teh schematic and a pdf of the web bench design in the next posts. hope that clarifies.

Hi Andrew,

As it turns out, the LM5036 has not yet been released, but the Webench team got the model completed ahead of schedule and enabled it for Webench designs.  The Webench model is being disabled until the LM5036 is actually released, so you could re-do your design now and use a currently available device.  It looks like the LM5036 will be released mid-to-end of April, so you could wait until then to use the LM5036.
