Can you get a graph of frequency vs ICC?

It is currently under evaluation.
65kHz：Icc=21mA
100kHz:Icc=28mA
It is a result.

I want to know whether this value is normal.

Hi Masazumi-san,

The current consumed by the IC is releated to the frequency of operation and to the capacitance of the mosfet that it is driving.

Can you share the datasheet for the mosfet?

Also since the UC2843A is a biploar device the bias current will be higher than the UCC CMOS based versions.

UC2843A is used for two kinds of circuits. One is NPN and PNP transistors

The totem pole driver (NPN and PNP transistor) is added to the outside to drive the MOS. , The other drives directly.

Hi Masazumi-san,

Just checking thread again, Can the customer check the UCC3843A bias current at 100kHz with no totem pole driver to ensure the driver is working correctly.

I think the bias currents look ok.
