Hi, I just found a problem with TPS62110RSA which used in my project. I tested two boards, the voltages of FB were the same, but the output voltages from SW were not. And I calculated the current through the FB, the calculated value was 1.45uA, which was much higher than 100nA in datasheet.

I don't quite understand your question. Can you post some waveforms and the raw data you are comparing?

Thanks for sharing. All these voltages are very close to each other. They are very likely within the tolerances of your resistors on the FB net.

Finally, using the PWM mode of the IC results in a more tightly regulated output voltage.

Thank you very much Chris, and I add some details in the attachment, which shows that the two boards have different output voltages under the same settings( same variable resistor). The difference is about 0.1V, that will lead our project to fail a test. 3323.Measured raw data.docx

R26 and R27 also have a tolerance and this affects the output voltage. All the voltage differences seem to be well within the accuracy given by standard 1% resistors.

As well, if you need a very accurate output voltage, please use the TPS62147/35 which has 1% accuracy over the full temperature range.
