Hi,

When testing the battery balance with the computer on the official website based on BQ76pl536 EVM, the voltage only drops by 0.1V after opening the balance.

I want to know how to set the equilibrium value, so that the balance value can be larger. Where can we setting this parameter?

100mV is probably IR drop of your cable.
If you want to see bigger voltage drop then you need to add 1R or 2R resistors on sense line before the balancing FET
