UCC28742: make two output.

Hi

My client currently wants to make two outputs with ucc28742,

but only one output output is created for the webench or excel tool. Customers are having difficulty.

Could you solve this problem? Can you provide a reference circuit?

input : AC 85V~264V

output : 5V/4A, 15V/1.2A

    Dear KIM,

    Thanks for promoting our solutions to your customers.
    If you want to use Webench to design the circuit, you can add two output power to one, for Webench calculate your primary and transformer design.
    For example, 5V*4A+15V*1.2A=38W. So, you can use 5V/7.6A or 15V/2.53 as your output, for webench to calculate your design.
    After you have the design, just modify your transformer to two output structure.

    Do you already decide use which output for regulate the circuit?
    You need to be careful if the regulate output have chance to operate in light load, while another output is during heavy load. This may cause your un-regulate output drop dramatically.

    Also, SR controller UCC24636 for DCM and UCC24630 for CCM are suitable to increase the efficiency.
