TPS62480: About VO pin at unused output discharge

Regarding to VO pin on TPS62480, my customer is asking a question.

(Question)

When output discharge is not used, how should VO pin process? (Opened or Connect to GND?)

I think that opened pin will be OK because of open drain.

Hello Tao,

It's a pleasure to support you.
Vo pin has not only the function of Vout discharge, but also of monitoring the Vout for other start-up and regulation purposes.
It means that it must be connected the output capacitor, as stated in the datasheet at page 3.
