UCC27210: LM27402 + UCC27210 , how to deal with the SW？

Can you please elaborate on your question some more? What part of your circuit do you have questions about? Have there been any failures? Do you have a schematic for the switches?

As a side note, I would recommend some resistors in your input filters to ensure a consistent cutoff frequency.

SW (switch node) between the high side and low side FET should be connected to the HS pin (pin 4). It looks to be connected correctly in your schematic. Please feel free to continue asking questions if this hasn't solved your problem.

Your schematic is correct. SW is connected to HS in a typical half bridge.
