My client is currently under development with TPS563219A.
Refer to the WEBENCH Tool of TPS563219 for circuit operation with the following specifications.
VIN: 12VDC, VOUT: 3.3V, IOUT: 40mA
Although the inductance value was recommended as 2.2uH, we developed it with 1.5uH.
Then the load was damaged.
As a result, we confirmed that the output voltage increases intermittently.
The output voltage is supposed to maintain 8V after swinging up and down 2 ~ 3 times when power on.
If the inductor is reduced to 1uH, the phenomenon is more likely to occur
The recommended value of 2.2uH, 3.3uH larger than the recommendation is not a problem at all.
A description of the problem is needed.
