Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
When I attempt to simulate a design using the LMZ10505, the schematic representation does not convert to a simulation model correctly in order to run a steady state, or transient simulation.
This appears to be an issue with the underlying model for the LMZ10505 --- but I'm not positive on that.
Any thoughts would be welcome.
Hi Dave,
I went onto the LMZ10505 product folder and used the WEBENCH Designer tool for application: Vin= 5V, Vout = 3.3V, Iout= 3A and was able to perform a startup simulation. Also was able to perform load transient and standby. However, I do noticed that there is an issue with simulating the bode plot which I will notify the simulation team. Can you try again to see if you are getting the same issue?
I've attached a link to the simulation design I generated for the LMZ10505 using the condition mentioned above.
