Hi!
Question about LM5067 surge test.
6V is applied to the UVP pin.
The OVP pin is connected to GND through a 10K resistor.
In this case ...
When the surge voltage was tested with a 5 KV impedance 2 ohm condition,
Gate voltage will be OFF-> ON.
Please tell me how to prevent it from turning OFF!
Also,
LM5017 IC is damaged during surge test. (Auxiliary power IC)
What should I do to prevent damage?
The surge test must meet the impedance 2 ohms condition at 20KV.
The input circuit has a surge protection circuit.
We will send the schematic and PCB data together.
