Target application is gesture sensor for automotive.
The opening and closing doors by gestures.

As you know, the 97.6khz PWM comes from 25Mhz internal osc. I need to check the accuracy for this internal osc, but it will take some time and maybe there is no test data just some design guarantee value.

But i'm still curious about why PWM frequency instead of PWM dutycyle is key for this application.

To be frankly, lots of re-org happened inside TI, and we are still trying to find the original design database to do the simulation. Till now there is no feedback.
