All analog GND are connected together, then it's connected with other layers PGND by vias. on top layer, analog GND is not connected with PGND.

Could you please tell me a correct stackup for this converter?

I am thinking about the following for a 4 layer PCB:

Top solder 0.5 mil  3.3 constant

Top Layer Copper 1.4mil (Signals and Power)

Dielectric Prereg 9mil FR4 4.3 constant

Mid1 Layer Copper 1.4mil (GND)

Dielectric Core 39mil FR4 4.3 Constant

Mid2 Layer Copper 1.4mil (POWER)

Dielectric Prereg 9 milFR4 4.3 Constant

Bottom Layer Copper 1.4mil (Signals)

Bottom Solder 0.5mil 3.3 Constant

Approx. Thickness 1.6 mm or 64mil

The idea is to have a converter providing 6-8 Amps in each channel (4V and 3 V respectively).

Is this stackup suitable?

Hi David,

It's better to put 2OZ(2.8 mil) copper for top layer copper and bottom layer copper. you can decrease Dielectric Prereg to 7.6 mil. so total thickness is still 1.6mm.
